  • Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce1.00 tbsp
  • Salmon fillet2 pcs / 150 g
  • Salt1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper, ground1/4 tsp
  • Exotic Food Sweet Chilli Sauce1 cup
  • Soy sauce2 tsp
  • Ginger, grated2 tsp

  • for garnish Sliced scallion and toasted white and black sesame seed


  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Place salmon on preheated pan, skin side down first.
    After 2-3 minutes, carefully turn the fish onto the other
    side. Cook for another 2-5 minutes or until it is done.
  • Toss salmon with sauce. Place salmon on plate and
    garnish with scallion and sesame
