Hoisin Chicken and
Lettuce Wraps
  • For 2 servings
  • Chicken breast2
  • Exotic Food Hoisin Sauce1/4 cup
  • Ginger, grated2 tsp
  • Garlic, chopped1 clove
  • Sriracha hot chilli sauce2 tbsp
  • for serving Green lettuce leaves
  • for garnish Sliced cayenne pepper
    and toasted white and black sesame


  • Mix hoisin sauce with ginger and garlic.
    Marinate the chicken in the prepared sauce for 1-2 hours.
  • Heat grilling pan on medium heat, spray a little cooking spray
    into the pan. Grill the chicken until fully cooked. Slice chicken
    into small pieces.
  • Boil the leaftover sauce from marinating, then pour sauce
    over grilled chicken pieces and toss to coat.
  • Serve chicken with green lettuce leave, top with cayenne
    pepper and sesame.
