Smoked Salmon Canape with Seafood Sauce
Ingredients
  • Green Cayenne Pepper, chopped5
  • Bird's Eye Chilli, chopped10
  • Garlic, chopped10 cloves
  • Fish Sauce1/2 cup
  • Sugar3 tbsp
  • Lemon or Lime, juiced2
  • Water2 tbsp
  • Crackers10
  • Smoked Salmon50 g
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved5
  • Herbs of choicea sprig

Procedure

  • Prepare seafood sauce by blending both chillies,
    garlic, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and water
    together until smooth.
  • Prepare the canape by laying smoked salmon and
    tomatoes on crackers. Spoon a little sauce on top
    and garnish with some herbs.
